Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the '24th day of February . 1986.

Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou
Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 121
AUTHORIZING SALE OF OUTLOTS B AND C, PLYMOUTH PARKVIEW ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City hereby declares Outlots B and C of Plymouth Parkview Addition to be
surplus to the City's needs; and
WHEREAS, the City has solicited proposals for the purchase of Outlots B and C of
Plymouth Parkview Addition from the City in accordance with the City Manager's notice
dated December 20, 1985; and
WHEREAS, proposals were received from Image Homes, Bass Lake Development, Inc.,
Can -American Realty Corporation, and Enterprise Properties, by noon, Monday, January
27, 1986, the deadline for receiving such proposals; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed all four proposals and the City Manager in his
reported dated February 21, 1986 has recommended that the proposal of Image Homes be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
that the Council endorses the recommendation contained in the City Manager's memoran-
dum of February 21, 1986 for the sale of Outlots B and C of Plymouth Parkview
Addition to Image Homes pursuant to their offer of January 20, 1986, which is in
response to the City's solicitation of December 20, 1985;
FURTHER, that the City Manager, Director of Planning and Community Development, and
City Attorney be authorized and directed to prepare aid execute on behalf of the City
a purchase agreement with Image Homes for the sale of Outlots B and C of Plymouth
Parkview Addition.
The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor ScHneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur
the following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
