Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a SpeCial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 24th day of
February , 1986. The following members were present:

Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 86-117
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT FOR
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF HIGHWAY 55/FERNBROOK LANE INTERSECTION
PROJECT NO. 604
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as part of the 1986 Capital Improvements Program
is proposing to improve the intersection of Highway 55/Fernbrook Lane by
adding additional turn lanes on Fernbrook Lane; and
WHEREAS, Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. were designated as Consulting Engineers for
this project and have prepared a preliminary engineering report; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary engineering report has been submitted and received by
the Council on February 24, 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. is hereby authorized
10 to prepare final plans and specifications for Alternate No. la for the
Highway 55/Fernbrook Lane intersection improvement project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Ceuncilmambpr Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted is favor thereof: Mayor Schneid_r_ nun_il h rc rainy

The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
