Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 116
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT FOR
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS ON FERNBROOK LANE NORTH OF
COUNTY ROAD 9 TO 46TH AVENUE
PROJECT NO. 544
WEEREAS, the City of Plymouth as part of the 1986 Capital Improvements Program
is proposing to improve Fernbrook Lane from County Road 9 to 46th Avenue by
constructing sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and street improvements;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 85-885 Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and
Associates, Inc. were designated as Consulting Engineers for the project, and a
preliminary engineering report was ordered as part of the 1986 Capital
Improvements Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received petitions from the developers of the
Kingsview Heights plat and the proposed Fernbrook Heights plat, and
WHEREAS, the report for the improvements on Fernbrook Lane from County Road 9
to 46th Avenue has been prepared and is received by the Council on February 24,
1986;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the report for the improvements on Fernbrook
Lane from County Road 9 to 46th kvenue North is hereby referred to the
City Assessment Committee for their recommendation.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
