Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 24th day of
February , 1986. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the .ollowing Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 112
GRANTING DRIVEWAY EASEMENT OVER OUTLOT A
MEDICINE LAKE ESTATES 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, Outlot A was deeded to the City as a condition of the Medicine Lake
Estates 3rd Addition Plat; and
WHEREAS, Granting said Outlot A for trail purposes causes Lots 1 and 2 to be
landlocked; and
WHEREAS, the developer of Medicine Lake Estates 3rd Addition has requested a
driveway easement over said Outlot A to remedy the landlocked situation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to grant
the requested driveway easement across Outlot A, Medicine Lake Estates 3rd
. Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
