HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-108CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held oa the 24th day of February , 1986. I Lur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86- 108 CALLING FOR HEARING ON REASSESSMENTS OF SPECIAL ASSESSMESNTS ON PUBLIC SALE OF TAX FORFEIT LAND WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 85-64 adopted January 7, 1985, the State of Minnesota sold property for nonpayment of real estate taxes; and WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list was purchased for less money than the balance of existing special assessments; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider reassessing said specials pursuant to Minnesota Statute 28201 Sub. 3 on the following: Property Identification Number (PIN) 23-118-22-31-0011 23-118-22-31-0012 23-118-22-32-0069 23-118-22-31-0013 23-118-22-32-0075 Amount to be Reassessed 18,414.05 20,181.22 5,703.69 20,019.04 20,342.77 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed reassessment of special assessments on the 17trday of March, 1986 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by ,Cquncilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk. Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none "Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
