HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-107CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Spicial meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 24th day of February . 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86- 107 APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR DAVID BELL INVESTMENT COMPANY (85142) WHEREAS, David Bell Investment Company has requested a Conditional Use Permit Amendment for the use of a recreation facility as an incidental use to the office building at 3020 Harbor Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for David Bell Investment •Company for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment for the use of a recreation facility as an incidental use to the office building at 3020 Harbor Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit is issued to the David Bell Investment Company as operator of the facility and shall not be transferable. 3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 4. There shall be no signage allowed on the property relative to the use. 5. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions. 6. The recreation facility is incidental to the office building and shall be used only by the employees/tenants of this office building. 7. Resolution No. 82-635 is hereby rescinded. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kayor ScReider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following .voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
