Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 24th day

its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 86-105
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF STREET EASEMENT IN
TRACT "C", R.L.S. 831 (FUTURE CARLSON CENTER 6TH ADDITION)
WHEREAS, a petition to vacate a portion of street easement in Tract "C" R.L.S.
831 was received by the City Council on February 3, 1986; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for
February 24, 1986 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two
weeks prior to the meeting of February 24, 1986; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on February 24, 1986 to inform
any and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of said easement;
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said road easement
described bel -w was not needed for a public street;
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the following is a description of the vacation of
certain street easements:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PARCEL: Tract "C" R.L.S. 831
LEGAL DESCRIPTION TO BE VACATED Easement for road purposes over
the Southerly 33 feet.
That the City of Plymouth reserves easement rights for utility purposes over
and above said vacated street.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
