The following members were present: Mayo1^ Schneider, s Crain, Sisk, Zitur and Vasiliou The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-103 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF JUNEAU LANE WITHIN THE ANNICK ACRES ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the City Council shall consider the vacation of the following street right-of-way: All that part of Juneau Lane described as follows: beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 16, Township 118, Range 22, thence South 108.76 feet, thence Southwest along a curve with a radius of 178.49 feet and a Delta Angle of 67° 16' 17" to its intersection with the West line of Juneau Lane, thence North to the North line of Section 16, Township 118, Range 22, thence East to the point of beginning and there terminating. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of March 3, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayu r Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Zitur and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ,tet* ,itit* ,►�*
