Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day

The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 100
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF OAKVIEW LANE WITHIN THE SCHMIDT LAKE WEST ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Eric and Marilyn Foes have petitioned the
City Council for the vacation of the following street right-of-way:
All that part of Oakview Lane platted within the Schmidt Lake
West Addition which lies westerly of a line 30 feet West of and
parallel to the centerline of Oakview Lane and within 150 feet of
the North plat boundary.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to
be in order;
D NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of March 3, 1986
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and
directs the Administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided
by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, ouncilmembers Grain,
rSisk, Zitur and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
