HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-097CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City • Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of Februar��, 1986. The following members were present: ayor Schneider, ounce mem a -b rs Crain, Sisk, Zitur and Vasiliou The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86- 97 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND FOR FOREST 2ND ADDITION (80045) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated September 26, 1984, Cheyenne Land Company, developer of Fox Forest 2nd Addition (80045), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT . Street Construction (private) $ 55,700 $ -0- Sanitary Sewer 28,300 -0- Watermain 40,100 -0- Storm Sewer 22,700 -0- Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 8,200 7,000 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs 300 -0- Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 2,000 1,000 Park and Trail Improvements 9,800 -0- Site Grading and Drainage Improvements -0- -0- Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 2,000 500 Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 20,292 420 TOTAL $189,392 $3,920 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $9,870 to $3,920 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers train, . Sisk, Zitur and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
