PWrsuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plym mth, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of February 1986.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, 37M, _
Zitur and Vasiliou The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-92
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION FOR JON RUBIN
(86006)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division for Jon Rubin for property
located at 1125 Peony Lane under Resolution No. 86-91;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
• 2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for
new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water drainage
facilities.
4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to filing the Division
in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of filing of the Division.
5. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with Hennepin
County.
6. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Division with
Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the followliq
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Zitur
