HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-091CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of Februar . 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Zitur and Yasillou The following wewbers were absent: None �t Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-91 APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR JON RUBIN FOR PROPERTY AT 1125 PEONY LANE, FRICKS GARDEN TRACTS 2ND ADDITION (86006) WHEREAS, Jon Rubin has requested division of a platted lot within the Fricks Garden Tracts 2nd Addition to create two parcels; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following Division: . EXISTING LEGAL Lot 1, Block 3, Fricks Garden Tracts 2nd Addition To be divided as follows: PARCEL A: That part of Lot 1, Block 3, FRICKS GARDEN TRACTS 2ND ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof; Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying West of the East 168.54 feet thereof as measured at a right angle to the most easterly line of said lot and its northerly prolongation. Subject to an easement for drainage and utility purposes over and across the West 6.00 feet, the South 6.00 feet, the East 6.00 feet and the North 10.00 feet of the above described parcel. Subject to an easement for drainage purposes over, under and across the above described parcel lying Westerly of the following described line. Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1, thence Westerly along the south line of said Lot 1, a distance of 261.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described, thence Northwesterly deflecting to the right 61 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds to the north line of said Lot 1, and said line there terminating. 0 PLEASE SEE NEXT PAGE Page 2 Resolution No. 86 - 91 PARCEL B The East 168.54 feet of Lot 1, Block 3, FRICKS GARDEN TRACTS 2ND ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof; Hennepin County, Minnesota, as measured at a right angle to the most easterly line of said lot and its northerly prolongation. Subject to an easement for drainage and utility purposes over dnd across the West 6.00 feet, the South 6.00 feet, the East 10.00 feet and the North 10.00 feet of the above described parcel. The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Zitur and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
