Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the' 3rd
day of February , 1986 The following members were
present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain'—, disk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
C-lAncilmember Vasiliou Introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-86
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
TO THE ELM CREEK WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to appoint a Director and Alternate
Director to the Elm Creek Water Conservation District for 1986;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE -ITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that `red Moore Is hereby appointed as Director and
Vern Peterson as Alternate Director to the Elm Creek water Conservation District
for a term expiring January 31, 1987.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, ;e
