Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd
day of February , 19 86 . The following members were
present: mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain. Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-84
DESIGNATING ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to appoint a Director and Alternate
Director to the Suburban Rate Authority for 1986, and;
WHEREAS, the Council has appointed Fred Moore to be the Director of the Suburban
Rate Authority for 1986;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Virgil Schneider is appointed as Alternate Director to
the Suburban Rate Authority for the year 1986.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by _
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: May -or Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
