Cnunci]mpmhprs Crain- Siqk-_Yslsiliou and Zitur The following members were absent. none Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-79 APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 SCHMIDT'S GARDENS UTILITIES - PROJECT NO. 427 WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following changes to the Schmidt's Gardens Utilities, Project 427: Est'd. Ea. 750.00 1 750.00 Ditch cleanout L.F. 7.00 345 2,415.00 Sod with topsoil S.Y. 4.00 700 2.800.00 TOTAL PART II - ADD.... $11,694.72 Total Part I - DEDUCT -$ 2,582.61 Total Part ii - ADD 11,694.72 TOTAL THIS CHANGE ORDER 140. 3 NET ADD.... $ 9,112.11 AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for Schmidt's Gardens Utilities contract is recommended for approval; Resolution No. 86- 79 Page Two NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 3 for the Schmidt's Gardens Utilities is hereby approved in the (Add) amount of $9,112.11; and; The Original Contract Amount $291,069.77 The Previous Change Orders - C.O. #1 b 2 Extension in time only 0.00 THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 NET ADD 9.112.11 REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT .... $300,181.88 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution wrs duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Schneider.
