Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rpnular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Ird day of

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-79
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
SCHMIDT'S GARDENS UTILITIES - PROJECT NO. 427
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the Schmidt's Gardens Utilities, Project 427:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 3 for the Schmidt's Gardens Utilities
is hereby approved in the (Add) amount of $9,112.11; and;
The Original Contract Amount $291,069.77
The Previous Change Orders - C.O. #1 b 2
Extension in time only 0.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 NET ADD 9.112.11
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT .... $300,181.88
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution wrs duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
