HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-077CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of February . 19&. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: none wft Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-77 APPROVING A CONDITTONAL USE PERMIT FOR McCOMBS-KNUTSON ASSOCIATES, INC. (85134) WHEREAS, McCombs -Knutson Associltes, Inc. has requested a Conditional Use Permit to allow outside storage of vehicles at 12800 Industrial Park Blvd.; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for McCombs -Knutson Associates, Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit to allow outside storage of a maximum of five (5) vehicles at 12800 Industrial Park Blvd., subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit is issued to McCombs -Knutson Associates, Inc. and shall not be transferable. 3. The permit shall be renewed in six months to assure compliance with the conditions. 4. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas as shown on the plan attached to the letter from Mr. Itman dated January 27, 1986 which comply with the Zoning Ordinance. 5. Ten 6-f t. Evergreens shall be planted along the rear property line for transitional screening purposes, with additional Evergreen plantings to achieve 90% opacity of headlights per Ordinance standards prior to the renewal of the Permit. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the o wring voted in fav„r thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk and Zitur The owing voted against or abstained: Councilmember Vasiliou thereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
