Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of
February , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor schneid r-
Councilmembers Crain. Sisk, Vasiliou and 7itur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-68
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
47TH AVENUE WEST OF TAMMIE MIDDLEMIST ADDITION
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 609
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 86-43 of the City Council, adopted the 13th day of
January, 1986, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to utility and
street improvements for 47th Avenue, Went of Tammie Middlemist Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of watermain, sanitary
sewer, storm sewer and street improvements for 47th Avenue, between Quinvood
Lane and West Medicine Lake Drive; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly
publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon
the 3rd day of February 1986, at which time all ;,ersone desiring to be heard
were given an opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted January 13, 1986.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik 6 Associates is designated as
engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk.
Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
