Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular weetin$ of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rQ day
of February , 1986. The following members were present:
The following members were absent: none
Ceuncilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 67
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
STREET LIGHTING - TAMMIE MIDDLEMIST ADDITION
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 3rd day of February,
1986, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of
Pineview Lane, 48th Avenue North and 49th Avenin. North in the Tammie Middlemist
Addition by the installation of ornamental, residential street lights;
AND WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly
publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon
on the 31st day of February 1986, at which all persons desiring to be heard
were given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted February 3, 1986.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall coordinate the installation with
Wright -Hennepin Electric.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain,
