HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-061CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of January 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk and Vasiliou The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 86- 61 APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 COUNTY ROAD 61 SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD 15 - PROJECT NO. 216 (BURY AND CARLSON) WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following changes to the County Road 61, South of County Road 15 Improvements Contract for Project 216: Item No. Item Unit Quantity Price Price 503.601 Pump Low Area L.S. 1 $ 464.00 $ 464.00 504.601 Lower 2 Water Services L.S. 1 $ 3,604.19 $ 3,604.19 504.601 Insulate Watermain L.S. 1 $ 3,583.62 $ 3,583.62 504.601 Expose Watermain L.S. 1 $ 648.95 $ 648.95 545.603 3" Rigid Steel Conduit Lin. Ft. 240 $ 11.00 $ 2,719.20 563.602 Extra Signing for Detour Unit Day 150 $ 6.00 $ 900.00 563.602 Temporary Stop Signs Unit Day 120 $ 6.00 $ 720.00 563.602 Barricades Unit Day 120 $ 10.00 $ 1,200.00 TOTAL INCREASE IN CONTRACT AMOUNT $13,839.96 AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for the County Road 61 South of County Road 15 Improvements Contract, is recommended for approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 3 for County Road 61 South of County Road 15 Improvements contract Project No. 216 by adding $13,839.96 is hereby approved. , Total cost including: Change Order No 1 b 2 $ 820,227.48 Change Order No. 3 Add $ 13,839.96 Revised Total $ 834,067.44 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmember Crain. Sisk and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. *** ter* ter*
