Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of
January 1986. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 86- 61
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
COUNTY ROAD 61 SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD 15 - PROJECT NO. 216
(BURY AND CARLSON)
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the County Road 61, South of County Road 15 Improvements Contract for
Project 216:

by adding

hereby
approved.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmember Crain.
Sisk and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
