WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared for the Niagara Leue Improvements,

CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 1
for the Niagara Lane

approved.

The mopion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: _ Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
