HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-057C1T1f OF' FL Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a prial meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of JanuaLry , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain Sisk and vaSilinu The following members were absent: nnnp Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86- 57 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND STEEPLECHASE ADDITION (84047) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated July 17, 1984, Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc., developer of Steeplechase Addition (84047), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and , WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction'of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $116,198 $ -0- Sanitary Sewer 81,600 -0- Watermain 69,900 -0- Storm Sewer 46,300 -0- Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 10,800 2,400 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs 750 -0- Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 2,000 2,000 Park and Trail Improvements 3,200 -0- Site Grading and Drainage Improvements 46,500 -0- Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 2,000 2,000 Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 41,982 768 TOTAL $ 421,230 $ 7,168 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $7,504 to $7,168 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the trail construction is accepted as of January 27, 1985 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmemb rs Crain_ Sisk and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
