Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hold on the27th day of

Councilm mb r Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-52
A RESOLUTION APPROVING EXPENDITURES FOR IMPROVEMENTS
AT QUEENSLAND AND IMPERIAL HILLS NEIGHBGRHOOD PARKS
WHEREAS, the current Capital Improvements Program calls for improvements to
be made at Imperial Hills and Queen_:land neighborhood parks, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation advisory Commission has reviewed the Capital
Improvements Program and needed park improvements, and

WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended that improve-
ments at Imperial Hills and Queensland neighborhood parks be made during 1986,
and
• WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the recommendation from the
Park and Recreation Advisory Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized
to proceed with planning for the improvements at Queensland and Imperial
Hills neighborhood parks, and further, that $60,000 of neighborhood park
dedication money is to be transferred to 401-401 construction fund to be used
for these park improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
