Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the
City Council of the Citv if Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 27th
day of Januar , 19 86 The following members were

The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-51
APPROVING TEMPORARY ON -SALE
MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for a temporary On -Sale Malt Liquor License has been
received from Barbara Ann Fallstad, 330 Forestview Lane, representing St. Mary
of the Lake Church, in conjunction with a Fun and Games Night on February 22
for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council in accordance with
Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210; and
WHEREAS, all fees have been paid, required insurance provided,and the Police
Department has investigated the applicant and finds no reason to deny the
license;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a temporary On -Sale Malt Liquor License be approved
for the period February 22, 1986 for Barbara Ann FallFtad.
The motion for the adoption of Lhe foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
C uncilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereor, M

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
