Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of
January , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
ounce mem ers rain, Sisk and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 46
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 6
I-494/COUNTY ROAD 15 IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 129
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 6 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the I-494/County Road 15 Improvements Contract for Project 129:
1. Construct left turn lane in median at intersection of
County Road 15 and Cheshire Lane.
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 6 for the I-494/County goad 15 Improvements
Contract, Project 129 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 6 for I-494/County goad 15
. Improvements Contract, Project 129 by adding $15,355.98 is approved and the
existing contract price of $4,067,326.22 is revised to $4,082,682.20
The lotion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
