Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th day
of January , 1986. The following members were present: gy—or Schneider,

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and mov-d
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 42
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - SWAN LAKE ADDITION
Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted December 16, 1985, a report has
been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Swan
Lake Addition by the installation of an ornamental residential street light and
this report was received by the Council on January 3, 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as
the location of the improvement.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted January 13, 1986. The ;petitioners have waived
their right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
the Wright -Hennepin Electric Association.
The motioa for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
' following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
