Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of
• January , 1986. The following members were present: Mavor Schneider,
Councilmembers Crain, Sisk and Vasiliou`
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 41
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
STREET LIGHTING - TAMMIE MIDDLEMIST ADDITION
WHEREAS, Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted January 6, 1986 a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Pineview Lane, 48th Avenue North and 49th Avenue North all in the Tammie
Middlemist Addition, by the installation of ornamental residential street
lights and this report was received by the Council on January 13, 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will have considered the improvement of such streets
in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting
• property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statute Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws
1953, Chapter 398, as amended) and an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $453 per year.
2. The Council should and hereby does establish the date of February
3, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City
Center, 3400 Plymouth BoLlevard, as the time and place for the
public hearing and said project, and the Clerk shall give mailed
and publish notice of such hearing and improvement as required by
law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
. following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
