Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota vas held on the 13th day
of Januar , 1986. The following members were present: May0r
3-cTinelder, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: non
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 39
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
SILVERTHORNE ADDITION (82052)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated September 12, 1983,
Raymond L. Laurent and Jeanne A. Laurent, developer of Silverthorne Addition
(82052), h -is agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect
the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required be reduced from $42,521 to $18,864 to reflect
the completed work for the public improvements, and from $95,816 to $64,512 to
reflect the completed work for the private improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
COuncilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
• following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared dully passed and adopted.
