R:rsuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
-the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the lath day of January . 1986.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 34
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR STEVEN
LOE (85140)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Consolidation for Steven Loe for property
at 2815 Medicine Ridge Road under Resolution No. 86-33;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of and regarding said Lot Consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Consolidation is filed with Hennepin
County.
4. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Consolidation
with Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote beling taken thereon, the
0 owini voted In favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
