Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of 3an:a 1986.

Counclimember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86- 33
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR STEVEN LOE FOR PROPERTY AT 2815 MEDICINE RIDGE ROAD
(85140)
WHEREAS, Steven Loe has requested consolidation of platted lots at 2815 Medicine Ridge
Road to combine all commonly owned land to construct a residence;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED B1' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following Consolidation:
Lot 14, Block 1, MEDICINE RIDGE
also
That part of Government Lot 3, Section 24, Township 118, Range 22, which was
formerly Lots 32, 33, and 34, Block 4, Medicine Lake Park Third Division, Hennepin
County, Minnesota (now vacated) lying Southwesterly of the rear or Mortheasterly
10.0 feet of said Lots.
To be consolidated into a single new parcel; and,
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation is approved by Hennepin
County.
