ORDINANCE NO. 86-27
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINAWE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED AT 315
ZINNIA LANE AS R-2 (LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE RESIDENCE) DISTRICT
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance 80-9 of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, adopted June 15, 1980 as amended, Is hereby amended by changing the
classification on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map with respect to the hereinafter
described property:
Lot 4, Block 1 LOFFHAGENS ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota
Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the development
of said property only in accordance with File 86109 subject to the plan approvals.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and
publication.
Adopted by the City Council 3rd day of November , 1986 .

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
day of January , 19 86 The following members were

Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-27
APPOINTING OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER FOR 1986
WHEREAS, Chapter II, Section 200.03(3) of the City Code provides that the
Council shall designate the official newspaper for the City of Plymouth for the
year 1986;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that
the is hereby appointed as the official newspaper for the
City of Plymouth for the year 1986.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Retclostion was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vt.te being taken thereon,
