ORDINANCE NO. 86-25
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE REGARDING CHANGE OF STREET NAME IN DEERWOOD GLEN
PLAT ONE (47TH AVENUE NORTH, WEST OF VALLEY FORGE LANE, TO 46TH PLACE NORTH)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. That the existing street name in the plat of Deerwood Glen Plat One is
hereby changed and renamed in accordance with the following tabulation which shall be
part of this Section:
Existing Street Name to New Street Name
47th Avenue North 46th Place North
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the City Council on the 20th day of October , 1986.

APPROVAL OF GASOLINE SERVICE STATION LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, application for renewal of Gasoline Service Station Licenses have been
received from the parties listed below in accordance with Chapter XI, Section
1115.01, City Code;
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Gasoline Service Station License applications from the parties
listed below be approved for the period of January 6, 1986, through December 31,
1986:
