HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-023CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDINANCE NO. 86-22 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD 9 AND XENIUM LANE TO B-3 (SERVICE BUSINESS) DISTRICT Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinarce 80-9 of the City of Plymouth, Min- nesota, adopted June 15-,-1-980 as amended, is hereby amended by changing the classifica- tion on the City of Plymouth Zoning Map from FRD (future restricted development) District to 0-3 (service business) District with respect to the hereinafter described property: ALL OF COTTONWOOD PLAZA, Hennepin County Minnesota Section 2. General Development Plan. This Ordinance authorizes the development Of said property only in accordance with the approved General Development Plan (86033) subject to the plat and site plan approvals. Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shail take effect upon filing the Final Plat at Hennepin County. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on Me 6th day of Januar , 19 89 . The following members were present: Mayor rgc nes er,ounce members—Crain, Sisk and Vasiliou The following members were absent: none Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-23 APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATIK LIQUOR LICENSES WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of applications for renewal of Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses from: Bass Lake Bottle Shop 11540 C.R. 10 Four Seasons Liquors 4232 Lancaster Lane Party Mart Liquors 4130 Highway 101 Kenny's, Inc. 20 Nathan Lane Center Liquors 11331 Highway 55 Plymouth Liquors 11000 Highway 55 Colony Liquors 15705 35th Ave. Gaulrapp's Liquors 3435 C.R. 18 In accordance with Chapter XII. Section 1200, Plymouth City Code; and WHEREAS, each applicant has been reviewed by the Police Department; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses be approved for the above for a period from February 1, 1986 through January 31, 1987.
