ORDINANCE NO. "- 20
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO INSTALLATION OF DEVICES THAT CONVEY GROUND WATER AND AMENDING
CHAPTER IV, SECTION 400 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE BY ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Plymouth City Code, Chapter IV, Section 400 is hereby amended by adding
a new subsection to read:
400.15 Installation of devices that convey round water. All drain tile and sump
systems, sumps, or other system or device designed to collect and convey storm water,
surface water, round water, roof water runoff, subsurface draina a cooling water, or
unpolluted industrial process water which are Installed with new construction or in
eon3unction with remode ina of existing structures shall be constructed in a oermanent
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the City Council the 4th day of August 1986.

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day

its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-20
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
MISSION TRAILS ADDITION (85091)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated September 18, 1985,
Lundgren Brothers Construction, Inc., developer of Mission Trails Addition
(85091) has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
• PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced
as follows:

That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed
above from $235,415 to $98,708 to reflect the completed wozk.

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the bonding requirements for the following items
per Section 8.1 of the approved development contract be reduced as followq:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
