HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-018CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDINANCE N0. 86- 18 STREET NAME CHANGES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS: Section 1. That the existing street name of County Road 15, from Vicksburg Lane to County Road 73 (Zachary Lane), is hereby changed and renamed in accordance with the following tabulation which shall be part of this Section 1: Existing Street Names to New Street Name 1. County Road 15 (From Carlson Parkway to Vicksburg Lane) Gleason Lake Drive 2. County Road 15 (From Harbor Lane Easterly to existing Carlson Parkway) Carlson Parkway 3. County Road 15 (From Berkshire Lane to County Road 73 [Zachary Lane]) Sunset Trail Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective October 1, 1986. Schneider, Mayor CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of January , 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Sisk. Crain and Vasiliou The following members were absent: none Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 86-18 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND BASS LAKE HEIGHTS 3RD ADDITION (83008) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated August 28, 1984, BLH Development Company, developer of Bass Lake Heights 3rd Addition (83008) has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM Street Construction Sanitary Sewer System Watermain System Storm Sewer System Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Site Grading and Drainage Improvements Park and Trail Improvements Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts TOTAL ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT $ 32,585 $ 7,905 22,838 -0- 19,758 -0- 8,130 -0- 3,800 3,800 -0- -0- 300 300 2,000 2,000 2,000 2,000 42,000 -0- -0- -0- 16,009 1.680 $149,420 $17,685 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $127,076 to $17,685 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain, and storm sewer construction is accepted as of January 6, 1986 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by 0Councilmember Sisk and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Sisk, Crain and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Wusreupon the Resolution was declar%J*duly passed and adopted. ***.
