Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day
of January , 1986. The following members were present: MaygC Sr, npid r_
Counrilmemhers Sisk. Crain and Vasiliou e
The following members were absent: none
Councilmemher Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-15
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
CERTAIN DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 2, FERNDALE NORTH
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Robin Niederman and Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Gates have
petitioned the Ciry Council to vacate certain drainage and utility easements in
Lots 2 and 3, Block 2, Ferndale North; and
AND, WHEREAS, the following is a description of the requested vacations:
The easterly six feet except the northerly ten feet and the
Southerly ten feet of Lot 3, Block 2, Ferndale North and, the
Westerly six feet except the Northerly ten feet and the
Southerly ten feet of Lot 2, Block 2, Ferndale North.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
February 3 , 1986 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing
as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmemhers Sisk.
The following voted against or abstained: _done
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
