HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-014CIT:' OF PLYMOUTH ORDINANCE NO. 86-14 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO LICENSE FEES; AMENDING PLYMOUTH CITY CODE SUBSECTION 1010.01 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Plymouth City Code, Subsection 1010.01, is amended to read as follows: 1010.01. Fees Subdivision 1. Fees set. The fees for the various licenses required by Ms Code are set fort -R nMrs subsection under the headings listed for subdivision 5. Type of License Section Requiring License Fee Schedule Subd. 5. (b) Consumption and Display: 1205 Regular 200 Non Profit 100 Sec. 10. This ordinance is effective on July 1, 1986. Attest: ..CLerk CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day ® of January 1986. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Sisk. Crain and Vasiliou The following members were absent: none Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-14 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT STREET LIGHTING - TAMMIE MIDDLEMIST ADDITION WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Pineview Lane, 48th Avenue North and 49th Avenue North, all in the Tammie Middlemist Addition by the installation of ornamental street lights and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minn. Stats., Seca. 429 011 to 429 111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended), NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the L proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Council mhars Sicic,,_,_ Crain and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. �* int,t thktlr
