Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular of the City Council of
the city of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the+5th day of January ,b 1986.

Ccuncilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-11
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR WELSH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR PROPERTY SOUTHWEST OF
COUNTY ROAD 6 AND STATE HIGHWAY 101 (85132)
WHEREAS, Welsh Construction Company has requested consolidation of property southwest
of County Road 6 and State Highway 101 into one lot for the purposes of construction of
a neighborhood shopping center; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following Consolidation:
Lot 1, Block 2, SCHIEBE'S OA,'.WOOD, accordiny to the plat thereof on file or of re-
cord in the office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Also that part of the Highway Easement as shown in Certificate of Title No. 530767
running in favor of the County of Hennepin described as follows: Beginning at the
Southeast corner of Section 30, Township 118, Range 22; thence North 00 degrees 05
minutes 17 seconds East along the East line of said Section 30 a distance of
938.54 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract to be described; thence
South 85 degrees 49 minutes 17 seconds West a distance of 270.54 feet; thence
along a tangential curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 1306.56 feet,
a distance of 55.89 feet; thence North 03 degrees 34 minutes 18 seconds East a
distance of 125.8 feet to the intersection with a line parallel with and 40 feet
southerly of the Northeast line of said tract; thence South 86 degrees 25 minutes
42 seconds East along said parallel line to the East line of said Section 30;
thence South 00 degrees 05 minutes 17 seconds West a distance of 83.12 feet to the
actual point of beginning and there terminating.
Except that part of said tract which lies easterly of a line drawn parallel with
and distance 70 feet west of the east line of said Section 30;
Also except that part of said tract lying northerly of a line drawn parallel with
and distant 60 feet south of the survey line of County State Aid Highway No. 6 as
shown in Plat 5, according to the duly recorded plat thereof;

Further excepting that part of said tract lying northeasterly of a line drawn from
a point on the first above described 70 foot parallel line distant 35 feet
southerly of its intersection with the last above described 60 foot parallel line,
to a point on said last described 60 foot parallel line distant 35 feet west of
said intersection. Containing 292,105 sq. ft./6.706 Acre
To be consolidated into a single new parcel; and,
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation is approved by
HennepinCounty.
The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Council = p , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Maynr Schnpidpr, rnunrijmamhare Sisk. Crain
and Vacilinu •
The following voted against or abstained: none •
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
