Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of January , 1986.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, CounciImembers Sisk. Crain
And Vijillou
The ToLlowl" members were absent: none
Counciimember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-10
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GARY HENNES FOR PIP COPYING AND PRINTING CENTER
AT 28 NATHAN LANE (85131)
WHEREAS, Gary Hennes, PIP Copying and Printing Center has requested a Conditional Use
Permit for a printing center at the Willow Grove Shopping Center at 28 Nathan Lane;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Gary Hennes, PIP Copying
and Printing Center for a Conditional Use Permit at the Willow Grove Shopping Center at
28 Nathan Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to Gary Hennes as operator of the facility and shall not be
transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards.
5. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or related
materials.
6. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions.
7. Compliance with applicable Building and Fire Code requirements shall be verified
by the City prior to issuance of Permit and Certificate of Occupancy.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Siskand upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor ScAneider, Councilmembers Sisk, Crain
and Vasiliou .
