ORDINANCE NO. 86-04
AN ORDINANCE AirENDING THE CITY CODE REGARDING CHANCE OF STREET NAME IN STEEPLECHASE
2ND ADDITION (20TH AVENUE NORTH TO 21ST AVENUE NORTH)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. That the existing street name in the Plat of Steeplechase 2nd Addition
Is hereby changed and renamed in accordance with the following tabulation which shall
be part of this Section:
Existing Street Name to New Street Name
20th Avenue North 21st Avenue North
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
publication.

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of January . 19�.
The following members were present:Mayor Schneider- Councilmembers Sisk. Crain
and Wa5ilion
The following members were absent: none

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-04
APPROVING LOT DIVISION AND VARIANCE FOR VISION BUILDERS, INC. FOR LOTS IN PLYMOUTH
CREEKVIEW 2ND ADDITION (85123)
WHEREAS, Merrill Paulson, Vision Builders, Inc. has requested approval for Lot Division
and Variance for Lot 3, Block 1, Plymouth Creekview 2nd Addition located at 2520 and
2530 Teakwood Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the proposal at their regular scheduled meet-
ing and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lot 3, Block 1, PLYMOUTH CREEKVIEW 2ND ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota
PARCEL A:
That part of Lot 3, Block 1, PLYMOUTH CREEKVIEW 2ND ADDITION, City of Plymouth,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying northerly of a line drawn from a point on the
west line of said Lot 3 distant 60.69 feet south of the northwest corner thereof
to a point on the east line of said Lot 3 distant 61.77 feet south of the north-
east corner thereof and reserving easements of records.
PARCEL B:
That part of Lot 3, Block 1, PLYMOUTH CREEKVIEW 2ND ADDITION, City of Plymouth,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying southerly of a line drawn from a point on the
west line of said Lot 3 distant 60.69 feet south of the northwest corner thereof
to a point on the east line of said Lot 3 distant 61.77 feet south of the north-
east corner thereof and re—ving easements of record.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Pol cy when the division is approved by Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain and

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
