HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1986-003CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDINANCE NO. 86-03 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 715.05 (c) OF CHAPTER VII OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO RATES AND CHARGES FOR SANITARY SEWER SERVICE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 715.05 (c) of Chapter VII of the City Code is amended to read: (c) Volume Charge. A charge of 4*r9} $1.46 per one thousand gallons of sewage discharged into the City's sanitary sewer system after February 1, 1986 shall be made to each sanitary sewer account. The volume of such sewage discharge shall be based upon the average amount of water consumed by the account during the months of October tthrough March. In those instances where there is no metered water service to an account or the account history is inadequate, the volume of sewer usage shall be that used for similar classes of property similarly situated. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication. Adopted by the City Council Cuuncil this 10th day of Feburary, 1986. Virgil A. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Sisk. Crain and Vasiliou The following members were absent: none Councilmember Crain Introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86-03 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR PARKERS LAKE NORTH FOR THE CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS (MPUD 83-1) (82066) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for Parkers Lake North as requested by the City of Minneapolis; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to re- cording of, and related to said plat: . 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. The Ordinance rezoning the property shall be published upon evidence that the Final Plat has been filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 3. Compl;ante with park dediraton requirements as stated In the Development Contract Sectio -i 13. 4. Outlots D, F, P, U, and V shall be deeded to the City, with the filing of the Final Plat. S. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat. 6. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of the approved MPUD 83-1 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sisk, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Sc lineider, Councilmembers Sisk, Crain and Vasiliou . The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
