ORDINANCE NO. 86-02
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE REGARDING CHANGE OF STREET NUMBER IN BASS LAKE
ESTATES ADDITION AND EAST OF HEMLOCK LANE IN OR ADJACENT TO HEMLOCK LANE ADDITION, PIKE
LAKE TERRACE 1ST ADDITION, AND RLS NO. 1077 (60TH AVENUE NORTH TO 60TH PLACE NORTH)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS:
Sectior 1. That the existing street number in the Plat of Bass Lake Estates and
in or adjacent to the Hemlock Lane Addition, Pike Lake Terrace 1st Addition, and RLS
No. 1077 north of Bass Lake Road is hereby changed and renamed it accordance with the
following tablulation which shall be part of this Section:
Existing Street Name
to New Street Name
40th Avenue North 60th Place North
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and
publication.

CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of Januar . 1986.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, CoURcilmembers Sisk, Graln
and Vasiliou
The ollowing members were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 86-02
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR PARKERS LAKE NORTH FOR THE CITY OF
MINNEAPOLIS (MPUD 83-1) (82066)
WHEREAS, the City of Minneapolis has requested approval for a Final Plat for 23 outlots
and right-of-way for adjoining public roads northwest of County Road 6 and Niagara
Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff found the plat to be in substantial compliance with the
approved preliminary plat and has prepared a Development Contract covering the
Improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for the City of Minneapolis for Parkers Lake North located northwest of County
Road 6 and Niagara Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract -:n behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember S , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Sc neider, Councilmembers Sisk, Crain and
Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
