Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a RFgular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day
ofDecember , 1985. The following members were present:

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-996
REVISION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
LEVY NO. 9719
WHEREAS, pursuant to adoption of Resolution No. 85-383, special assessments
were levied by the City Council for the Greenwood School sanitary sewer; and
WHEREAS, assessments were incorrectly placed on the two parcels of property
involved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
That the assessments be relevied in the following amount as they
apply to each parcel here listed:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councllmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
