HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-995CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of December, 1985. The following members were present: The Poll,.- ** en rt Councilmembers Crain Neils and Schneider ng members were absent: Councilmember VaS ou Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 995 RECEIVING PETITION FOR STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS ON FERNBROOK LANE NORTH FROM COUNTY ROAD 9 TO 46TH AVENUE PROJECT NO. 544 WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as part of the 1986 Capital Improvements Program is proposing to improve Fernbrook Lane from County Road 9 to 46th Avenue by constructing sanitary sewer and watermain, storm sewer and street improvements; and WHEREAS, the developer of proposed Fernbrook Heights Addition, who's property abutts onto Fernbrook Lane as petitioned the City for said improvements; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the petition for the improvements on Fernbrook Lane adjacent to the proposed Fernbrook Heights plat is hereby referred to the City Engineer to be considered along with the final plat for the Fernbrook Heights Addition. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
