Pursuant to due call avid notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City
Council of the City cf Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 994
RECEIVING PETITION FOR SANITARY SEWER, STORM SEWER TO
SERVE PROPOSED FERNBROOK HEIGHTS ADDITION
(PARCEL LOCATED EAST OF FERNBROOK LANE AND NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 9)
WHEREAS, a certain petition requests the improvement of proposed Fernbrook
Heights Addition (located North of County Road 9 and East of Fernbrook Lane
North 573 feet of West 1/2 of Southwest 1/4 of Northwest 1/4; also, the South
336 feet of West 1/2 of Southeast 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 all in Section 15,
Township 118, Range 22 PIN 15-118-22-23-0004)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLMOUTH that said petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is to
investigate as to when the project should be undertaken and to report back to
the City Council by March 1, 1986.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers
Crain, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
