Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Ndmiesota, was held on the Fth day of

Counci]Wembgr S0inpidpr introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 989
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $150,000 FROM NEIGHBORHOOD PARK
DEDICATION FUNDS INTO THE PARKERS LAKE CITY PARK CONSTRUCTION FUND
WHEREAS, the 1986 Capital Improvements Program calls for the cons=ruction of
Parkers Lake City Park, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council has authorized the director of parks and
recreation to proceed with the construction of Parkers Lake City Park, and
WHEREAS, $150,000 is necessary for Phase I construction of Parkers Lake City
Park,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that $150,000 of neighborhood park funds account
219-219 is hereby authorized to be transferred by the director of finance
into the Parkers Lake City Park construction fund.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember 111eils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Co ncilm rihprc
Crain, Neils and Schneider .
