Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 988
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $150.000 OF FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING
INTO THE NEIGHBORHOOD PARK DEDICATION ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an approved Capital Improvements Program
calling for the acquisition of neighborhood park property and the develop-
ment of neighborhood park sites, and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth wishes to use federal revenue sharing for
the acquisition of neighborhood park land and purchases of play equipment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that $150,000 of federal revenue sharing shall be
. transferred into the neighborhood park dedication account to be ueed
for the acquisition of the St. Mary's neighborhood park site and 1986
playground equipment projects as yet to be designated.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Neils and upon emote beim taken thereon, the
fol owing voted
