Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymuth, Ninnesota, was on the 16th day of
December , 19 °5. The following members were present:

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- JUN
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION OF THE
ZACHARY PLAYFIELD CONCESSION BUILDING
WHEREAS, the 1986-90 Capital Improvements Program calls for the construction
of a concession building at the Zachary Playfield, <<id
WHEREAS, the director of parks and recreation has recommended that the City
proceed with such construction in 1986, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and
recommended that this project proceed in 1986, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the recommendation
of the director of parks and recreation and the Park and Recreation Advisory
Commission and concurs with their recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the director of parks and recreation is authorized
to proceed with steps necessary for the construction of the Zachary Playfield
concession building, and further, once cost estimates have been arrived at
for the architectural fees on this project, the City Council will set the
overall budget for this project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
