Coincilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 978
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY AND HARTY'S BOAT RENTAL

WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth wishes to maintain a public ice fishing
access to Medicine Lake, and
WHEREAS, the Harty Boat Rental site has been chosen as the proper location
for such ice fishing access on the east side of Medicine Lake, and
WHEREAS, an agreement between the Harty's and the City of Plymouth has been
agreed to, and
WHEREAS, the City Council approves of said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement
between the City of Plymouth and Harty's Boat Rental as spelled out in
a memorandum from the director of parks and recreation dated December 13,
1985.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
ADELOWIng voted in ravor rep :
