Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a RAnjila r meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of ngQgMhgy1 . 19.

The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-972
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR ST. MARY'S OF THE LAKE CHURCH (85119)
WHEREAS, St. Marv'!: of the Lake Church has requested approval for a Preliminary Plat
for four single faTily residential lots, one lot for the church, and one lot for pub-
lic park purposes located at 105 Forestview Lane North; and,
WHEREAS, the Plannir.q Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF fHE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Preliminary Plat for St. Mary's
of the Lake Church for four single family lots, one lot for the church, and one lot
for public park purposes, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
3. No Building Permits s'iall be issued until a Contract has been awarded for sewer
and water.
4. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm
water drainage facility.
5. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
6. No yard setback variances are granted or implied and shall be 35 ft. front yard;
15 ft. side yard and 25 ft. rear yard for Lots 2 - 5, Block 1.
7. Lot 1, Block 1 shall be platted as an Outlot and deeded to the City for public
Park purposes, per agreement dated August 13, 1985 between landowner and the
City; this shall satisfy park dedication requirements.
S. All drive access shall be directed to Forestview Lane; no direct access shall be
permitted to CSAH 15.
9. The final plat shall provide 7 ft. additional riqht-of-way for County Road 15;
40 ft. from the road centerline shall be provided.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Crain.
