Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of
December , 1985. The following members were present:. yOryewrt,

The following members were absent: Councilmember Vasiliou
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:

CALLING FOR HEARING ON DEPROVSKEMT8
PROJECT NO. 225
45TH AVENUE FROM NATHAN LANE TO ZACHARY LAME
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted March. 15, 1982 and October 15, 1964.
a report has been prepared by Boasetroo, Resene, Anderlik i Asso:iatea with
respect to the improvement of 45th Avenue b:tweer Zachary Lent an -1 Nathan Low;
and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement includes the cosstruetiom of a 9 too bitrmi-
nous street with concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities. sanitary dower,
watermain and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, this report was received by the Council as February 4, 1905;
NOW, THEREFORZ, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE CITY C00MCIL OW = CM W
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. 'The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance
with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a
portion of the costs of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota etatutoo
429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953. Chapter 396, as amen") at as
estimated total cost of the improvement of 568,761.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed imp@@-meamt as the
16th day of December, 1985 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth
City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., ar the Clork
shall give mailed and published notice of such bearing and impnme-
ments as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution ves duly secomded by
